WARRANTIES & MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

Maestro strives to provide reliable systems that you can enjoy for as long as the technology is present & desired.  Our warranties and maintenance agreements help achieve this.

Comprehensive Warranty

There are several different warranty levels Maestro provides, dependant on the size & scope of your project. Please ask your Maestro representative for more details and which plan your project would qualify for.

Our most comprehensive plan is a 1 year warranty which includes troubleshooting any problems that arise, replacing any Maestro sourced and installed equipment that fails, the labor to replace that equipment, system program debugging, and small programming changes. This warranty also provides proactive measures such as complete system checks before client arrival, software/firmware upgrades as needed, projector bulb status with backups on hand, and rack checks and cleaning.

Maintenance Agreements

When your warranty has expired, we can continue the level of service that you have come to expect through a Maintenance Agreement, and in some cases third party extended equipment warranties.

Maintenance agreements are designed to maintain your systems so they can last as long as possible.  These agreements provide for the same proactive measures included in our comprehensive warranty described above.  This will help ensure optimum system performance over time.

Maintenance agreements are also available to Maestro clients with existing systems.  Please contact us for a system review.
